Pre-Staging Consultation/Assessment

Tiera Interiors will walk with you through your residential/commercial property to develop a thorough checklist of recommended changes that will make your residential or commercial property more appealing to a potential buyer. Our goal is to help you get the best price for your property, and that will mean bigger profit for you! 

Property Preparation Work 

This process is typically done by the property owner. However, Tiera Interiors has a partnering team that will assist with the recommended work that needs to be done, coordinating tradespeople and overseeing the project. These steps will be outlined during the consultation/assessment, and may include but are not limited to; cleaning and clearing of items, minor or major repairs, renovations, and painting. Curb appeal is also considered part of the preparation work.

Showcasing the Property

Showcasing is considered the final step in the real estate staging process. Our team will create a functional space that captures the eye of the buyer. Placement of existing or rental furnishings and accessories such as artwork, rugs, plants, and lighting will show off the property best  features. The importance of showcasing is to leave a good first impression, having that potential buyer emotionally connected, envisioning themselves living in the property, and impactful viewings and to maximize the opportunity to secure a buyer sooner. 

Real Estate Pre-Staging Consultation

​Tiera Interiors based on skills, knowledge, abilities and expertise in the real estate industry will walk and assess your residential/commercial property space to develop a thorough checklist or recommended changes that will make your residential/commercial property more appealing to a potential buyer. Consultation shall include discovery of the condition of the property and provide solutions to prevent equity loss. Consultation would range from one up to three hour thorough walk-through of exterior and interior of the residential/commercial property. With owner’s permission, we will take digital photos to highlight areas of concern. During the consultation, we will review the steps of real estate staging and discuss how each step will increase the overall value of your property. Our goal is to help you get the best price value for your property, and that will mean bigger profit for you! This diagnostic report will include but not limited to the following:


 


Comprehensive customized 56 page room-by-room written report handbook of the property to be implemented by the homeowner prior to real estate staging services. This report will remain with the property owner and will include recommendations from curb appeal, smart industry updates, repairs/renovations, and enhancements for your property.


Recommendations of repairs or improvements that will be beneficial to the property. 


Suggestions on how to prepare your residential/commercial property to sell.


Consultation/Assessment – Minimum starting from $375.00

​Real Estate Staging Services

In addition to the Real Estate Pre-Staging Consultation Part 1, there are 2 other parts to the real estate staging process:


Part 2 Physical Work - This stage is typically done by the property owner. However, Tiera Interiors has a partnering team that will assist with the  fulfillment of recommendations that needs to be completed. These steps will be outlined during the pre-staging consultation/assessment, and may include but not limited to; cleaning and clearing of items, minor or major repairs, electrical work, renovations, and painting. Curb appeal is considered as part of the preparation work. It is required that the property owner pack away recommended items, and arrange heavy furnishings to be moved. If this is not possible, then Tiera Interiors will coordinate our moving and storage company for a fee. Pricing may vary depending on services requested.



Part 3 Showcasing- This is considered the final step in the real estate staging process, and a highly skillful process whereby Tiera Interiors is certified, insured, along with our team will create a functional space that captures the eyes of the buyer. Placement of property owners existing or rental furnishings, art & accessories for photos/Open House and Buyers, that will show the property best features.
