INITIAL 1-HOUR CONSULTATION
(WITHIN D.C. METRO AREA) 

Tiera Interiors will come to your location within a 25-mile radius at No COST. Prior to coming out, it is suggested that the client complete the applicable rooms to be decorated or other selections, and submit the Design Assistance Questionnaire via online or by mail. This profile enables us to tailor our consultation based on your specific needs, personal taste and lifestyle. We discuss our full decorating ideas and design concepts to help you develop an action plan for your residence or commercial business.

INITIAL 1-HOUR CONSULTATION
(OUTSIDE D.C. METRO AREA)

Tiera Interiors will come to your location outside of a 25-50 mile radius at A COST. Charges shall include travel expenses such as gas mileage outside the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Payment is required prior to scheduled appointment through Pay Pal. Checks are accepted made out to Tiera Interiors, LLC. Return check fee will apply if check is return for insufficient funds.

Residential/Commercial Full Decorating Services

During an initial residential/commercial consultation, we will evaluate the space(s) you have identified to decorate. Feel free to provide any magazine photos. This service would include but not limited to creating room plans and design boards, measurement of space, space planning and solution, preparation of detailed cost estimates, research of furniture selections, style selection and guidance according to furniture periods such as traditional, contemporary, and transitional, fabric swatches, color and paint selections, flooring, lighting, furniture, case goods, furniture design layout showing you how to best arrange your room furnishings according to plan, and other related services. This design process could take from one to three weeks to complete.

$250.00 Minimum –Depending on complexity of the room(s) (prices subject to change)

Church Renovation and Planning Guidance

Tiera Interiors will assist with your church planning regarding interior decorating, and working with the church’s architect from beginning to completion of project. Your church will never be the same!

Project Management Fee

Tiera Interiors will provide an overall labor charge for the entire project from start to finish. Client will receive an itemized invoice of all expenses incurred. Following an initial consultation, a project budget and fee structure is arranged with each client.

Furniture Purchasing

It is required by most manufacturers that a 1/3 or up to 50% deposit must be paid prior to placing furniture orders. Furniture orders have 8-12 weeks delivery period to ship from the manufacturer to the customer. Therefore, Tiera Interiors will collect the required 1/3 - 50% of the total price before placing the order for the client. Clients have the choice of paying the whole 100% of the order. Tiera Interiors will manage the payment arrangements between the client and the manufacturer. Tiera Interiors' clients will be notified at least 2 weeks in advance when to expect delivery. Delivery date will be provided by the manufacturer. Full balance is due prior to shipping. Delivery must be paid by the client on scheduled arrival day. Money Orders and Certified Checks are required. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS AND PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED BY THE TRUCKING COMPANY.                

NOTE:   To avoid costly mistakes.   Measure all doorway openings, narrow hallways, staircases, etc. to make sure that the ordered furniture will fit properly.   All International and Domestic furniture orders are not cancelable or returnable.   At the time of the setup, customer must inspect furniture thoroughly for damages at the time of delivery and before signing the acceptance acknowledgement receipt.

Furniture Price Comparison

Tiera Interiors will provide the best lowest price for your brand name furniture selections. Please complete the Furniture Price Comparison Form and submit along with your payment of ($50.00) via Pay Pal or Personal Check made out to Tiera Interiors, LLC. If Tiera Interiors is selected for your furniture purchasing, the $50.00 fee will be applied to your order.

Personal Shopping/Accessorizing

Tiera Interiors will help you find the “perfect” item for your space. Will track down the “perfect” piece…carpet, area rugs, art work, lamp and accessories that will complement your room. Tiera Interiors in its absence, will prepare a waiver letter that will allow its clients to enter into those showrooms that are not normally open to the public.

One Day Restyling

Tiera Interiors will use your existing furnishings and accumulated treasures to give you a new room in a day!   Your furniture will be placed in the most attractive environment for the space.   Averaged sized room takes 3-4 hours. As an added bonus, we will add that special artwork or accessory to give your room a beautiful touch. (It is requested that property owners be responsible for coordination of heavy furniture to be moved.   If this is not possible an additional charge will be applied for assistance)

Real Estate Pre-Staging Consultation

Tiera Interiors will walk and talk with you through your residence/commercial space to develop a thorough checklist or recommended changes that will make your residence/commercial property more appealing to a potential buyer. Consultation would range from one to three hour thorough walk-through of exterior and interior of the residence/commercial property. With owner’s permission, we will take digital photos to highlight areas of concern. During the consultation, we will review the steps of staging and discuss how each step will increase the overall value of your property. Our goal is to help you get the best price for your property, and that will mean bigger profit for you! This diagnostic report will include but not limited to the following:

  • Comprehensive customized 56 page room-by-room written report handbook of the property to be implemented by the homeowner prior to real estate staging services. This report will remain with the homeowner and will include recommendations from curb appeal, smart industry updates, repairs/renovations, and enhancements for your property.
  • Recommendations of repairs or improvements that will be beneficial to the property
  • Suggestions on how to prepare your residence/commercial property to sell

Real Estate Staging Services

In addition to the Real Estate Pre-Staging Consultation Part 1, there are 2 other parts to the staging process:

Part 2 Preparation/Work - This stage is typically done by the homeowner. However, Tiera Interiors has a team that will assist with the recommended work that needs to be done. These steps will be outlined during the consultation, and may include but not limited to; cleaning and clearing of items, minor or major repairs, electrical work, renovations, and painting. Curb appeal is considered as part of the preparation work. It is required that the homeowner pack away recommended items, and arrange heavy furnishings to be moved. If this is not possible, then Tiera Interiors will coordinate a moving and storage company for a fee. Pricing may vary depending on services requested.

Part 3 Showcasing- This is considered the final step in the home staging process, and a highly skillful process whereby Tiera Interiors home staging certified, insured, along with our team will create a functional space that captures the eyes of the buyer. Placement of homeowners existing or rental furnishings and accessories such but not limited to artwork, rugs, plants, and lighting will show the home its features.

Tiera Interiors offer gift certificates for that special friend or family member. Please specify the price range for the gift certificate. No gift is too big or too small for the right décor.

e-design

e-Design is a fairly new trend in the art of designing spaces no matter where you are. After initial consultation (could range up to 1-2hrs depending on project), Tiera Interiors will draft a floor plan of the room(s) by using a customized computer software, which will include product selections such as furniture, accessories, window treatments, and much more. Clients are encouraged to share photos, measurements, and inspirational images of things that they absolutely love over the web, and a budget range. It is important to Tiera Interiors that managing communications is a key element to keep the workload within reason.

Communications will be through email, but will make quick phone calls from time to time, if necessary. Tiera Interior’s e-Designs could take about three to six weeks (depending on the complexity of the project-small projects could take less). e-Design services will provide a comprehensive design concept for a room(s), including images, floor plan, furniture selection, samples of suggested materials and finishes, and shopping lists for accessories.

$75.00 flat rate start-up fee for e-Design draft-plan. Additional fees will apply once e-Design is completed. (Prices subject to change)

Color Consultation

Tiera Interiors will come to your place of residence or commercial space, and discuss your vision for the room(s) that will brighten and transform into something magically colorful. In order to best service your color schemes before we meet, please go to the Design Assistance Questionnaire, then click on Color Preferences, and submit to us so we can begin the process. Then we will follow up with a scheduled consultation to discuss further in regards to providing a proposed palette, specific finishes and other factors. So, you still need additional guidance of color choices, no problem go to “Discover Your Color Personality”

This color consultation is also provided as part of the real estate staging services.  We will select colors that will have an impact that will target the majority of home buyers.  We will provide referrals for professional painting contractors if you do not want to do the work yourself. 

The fee for this color consultation is $200
